helps couples, adult siblings, friends, and co-workers build a solid bridge across communication gaps. After all, in one way or another, faulty
relationships are at the core of most all problem between people.
Audiences love Dr. Lewis's fun and provocative real life stories about family, friendship, and work relationships. Through these stories, they get an
inside view into typical problems between people: how problems develop and how they get resolved. Dr. Lewis weaves in lessons about understanding and
improving relationships.
Too often, people unintentionally hurt or disappointment someone because they do not understand the differences in how men and women speak and relate. With couples, she has found this causes more than 60% of their problems. She calls for men and women – at work and in their personal lives – to become bi-lingual, learning to speak both “Male-ese” and “Female-ese.”
To avoid the hurts and disappointments, she also nudges listeners to step into the shoes of “the other.” She humorously dramatizes how everyone’s perspective is accurate, which, obviously, leads to conflict. But she doesn’t leave them there; she engages the audience in creative problem-solving that concludes with powerful action plans they can immediately use to improve relationships.

A delightful and unique approach to training or presentations: Dr. KGL works with dramatist/ventriloquist Barbara Baxter. There is a blend of the
serious content presented by Lewis and the humor of Baxter’s charming characters -- who confront the same issues of the presentation and come up
with their own solutions.
